Pricing questions
- Can I switch tiers later?
- Yes — upgrade any time from /subscription. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle so you keep paid-for features until then.
- What happens if I cancel?
- You keep access until the end of the billing cycle, then drop back to Free. Listings beyond your free quota go to Paused, not Deleted, so you can pick them up later.
- Do you charge a commission on sales?
- No — paid tiers do not take a cut. We charge payment-provider fees at cost (Hubtel / Paystack / Wave) and that is itemised on every payout.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. Free has no payment method on file. Paid tiers accept MoMo, card, and bank transfer.
- Are there discounts for annual billing?
- Yes — pay annually and get 2 months free (16.7% off). Discount applied at /subscription.
- What is Pro Sales (PPC)?
- Pay-per-click promotion to push specific listings to the top of category and search. You set a max bid + daily budget. Growth and Scale tiers get bonus credit on top-ups.
