Seller questions, answered
- Do you take a commission on sales?
- No. You pay only your tier’s flat monthly fee (Free has none). Payment-processor fees are charged at cost (Hubtel / Paystack / Wave) and itemised on every payout.
- How fast do pay-outs land?
- MoMo + Wave: same-day. Card + bank: 24-48 h. Your first payout requires a one-time KYC check.
- Can I sell across borders?
- Yes. Buyers in any of our live countries can purchase, and we handle the FX automatically (GHS ↔ XOF, etc.). You opt-in per listing.
- What about returns and disputes?
- Buyers can open a dispute up to 7 days after delivery. We mediate; outcomes are tracked on your seller profile.
